| They are VERY slow. They take forever to complete your project (lying to you constantly along the way so that you 'stop bugging' them) and you have to stay on their asses to get anything done. For your refund, I wuld call them hourly. Talk to Chris. Tale to John (the other owner I believe, or he owned it before Chris, either way he is Chris' father). Talk to anyone who is there and picks up the phone. You just have to keep calling them until they finally get to it. Piss poor customer service/support. This is one of the reasons I will never ever do business with them again. That and my demolished head....but that's a whole other story.
